By accessing or using PixTools (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. The Service

PixTools provides free, browser-based image conversion and processing tools. All processing happens locally in your browser — your files are never uploaded to our servers.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the files you process with the Service. We do not claim ownership over your content, and because files never leave your device, we have no access to it.

You agree not to use the Service to process content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates the rights of others. You are solely responsible for the files you choose to process.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or regulation
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download the Service
  • Misrepresent the Service or imply endorsement we have not given

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.PixTools does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that processed files will be free of defects. Always keep a backup of important files before processing.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

7. Third-party services

The Service may include third-party components or links (analytics, ads, affiliate links). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
